This second half has shown exactly why it is such a problem
to be in the same half of the draw of France, Spain and Germany.
At their very best, England basically have the beating of anyone in the top half of the draw. However, if France turn up and play like they have in this second half, England will lose - regardless of how well they play. They are just not good enough to compete with that kind of quality.
