Sadly this is simply not true in all respects

Both in terms of how and why people voted as they did and the consequences. There's loads of analysis of voting patterns if you care to read it and i can't be bothered to type it out here for you. But it's much more nuanced than have and have not. And those without a pot will soon be discovering that, in fact, things can get a whole f**king s**t load worse.
