are reactive, don't really want the ball and want to play on the counter attack. Most teams like that should be eliminated in the group stage, but with this format they're all making it through, and, unfortunately, most have made it to the same half of the draw - creating these awful games.

Group stages were just as bad - four teams qualifying who each only scored two goals. Awful structure.
