Article 50 likely to be triggered next week not under a new PM
EU just need to be notified according to the Lisbon treaty.
Cameron's presence at the EU next week can technically be defined as notifying the committee
2 years and counting starts soon! Hope we have a decent team in place by then to negotiate with them for our best interests
