You work in a hospital right?

An area where there is a shortage of skilled labour, so immigration for you is unquestionably a good thing. If you're a manual worker, semi-skilled tradesmen, industries that don't have a shortage of labour, it's not such a good thing. People who vote Leave are concerned about their ability to provide for their families in such circumstances. If there was an over supply of trained medical staff leading to a dragging down of wages and conditions, would you be happy about it?
