I'll take a bet that

We won't be offered a better deal than we've got now.

What is the EU's incentive to do so? If they bend the rules for us, they have to do it for all. Make a concession to us, they set the precedent to others that if you throw a strop you get your way. EU would become unworkable.

I dont doubt that new reforms will be agreed on a pan-european level, but we will have to give some things up (rebate) if we want them.
