If Austria win and Portugal draw then Portugal finish 3rd

Only way Portugal can finish 2nd is if they and Iceland win or they and Iceland draw and even then Portugal mustn't win by more or have to get a better draw and then might even go down to GS. It's quite complicated and doesn't factor in as far as fair play.
