NBTTT re Virgin Broadband. Just phoned to change my services and

the process was absolutely hassle free. One thing I discovered though; I have changed to more or less the same package for ?37/m that I was getting for ?54!! Blokey said it was cos I was on an old, legacy package that they, for obvious reasons, don't change. Said that one should phone in once a year to see if there is a cheaper package
