Mine is

I'm in Berkshire mind. Been with them several years had two or three outages in all that time, each time for a few hours until it got fixed. Contrast with BT who seemed to have one issue after another and took days to fix and their "technical" helpdesk didn't know anything (at one point I was explaining to them how DNS works, for example, and therefore what was likely the problem their end and what they'd probably need to do to fix it...but I was paying them, not the other way around!)
