This is a very important point - This has been a massive wake up call for the EU

Euroscepticism is rising everywhere. BREXIT is the most visible manifestation but the institutions can now see the extent to which 'the project' become detached from the ordinary European public. Some kind of renewal and reform is inevitable now, whether we are in or out.
