1st/2nd seems to make little difference to us

s**t team in last 16 (odds on bus parkers like those we've struggled to beat so far)
Belgium (if we'd come 1st) or France (who we'll get now) in QF. They're much of a muchness.
Then probably Spain and Germany in the semi and final (which order depends on which half you are in - would be Germany first now if we got that far)
