Leave = Uncertainty, so yes you're right that it's uncertainty that's casuing this

but not right to say that it is uncertainty about the result

it's uncertainty about the future, long, medium and short term and uncertainty about what sort of exit and trade deals will be negotiated and how long they might take

Remain = certainty and stability, because we've got the trade agreements there already, we know what they are, there isn't the guesswork
