Hey you assumed the ethnic part. So of the 250k "Albanians" in Switzerland, most are

ethnic Albanians with other nationality or descendants from parents of a non-Albanian nationality.

Meaning that a large number of those will be supporting Switzerland before Albania.

Fuck that was more confusing that it had to be.
