Pretty much trying to ignore it but football sits on their veins. They are basically

supporting whoever is playing Germany. And half arsed supporting Belgium and sometimes England. But yeah the pubs are less busy than they would be and obviously no bunting or anything. It's a shame for me as I have to go hunting the atmosphere. Watching most of it at home. I went out yesterday for the England game (and ended up watching all three in the pub!). Northern Ireland game was totally empty and surprisingly few poles out for the Germany game. Pub was full but the Germans were not really very excitable either.

Was funny to see how they reacted with 2 minutes to go at 0-0. Singing "da da da da" in anticipation of them scoring a winner rather than biting their nails as we would!
