Just done a successful Likely Lads. A few observations and a question

- at 2pm I was leaving our Cardiff call centre, lots of red shirts
- I saw one brave woman weering and England shirt, not that brave though, it was a red one
- the traffic out of Cardiff was very light for a weekday afternoon
- the question is why were Wales wearing blue? No reason it should not have a been a classic red v white game, was there?
- skimming the board, no one seems to have commented on the foul by Rooney. There were a lot of silly fouls by both sides in the first half but that was the silliest; lost the ball in his first touch then just barged the player over. Easiest foul the ref gave all day and while it could have been saved, you really have to be smarter as a player when you have one of the best dead ball players in the world in the opposition.
