Scandos but that's simply because alcohol is so much cheaper and readily available than in their countries.

I don't see it from the French, Spanish, Portuguese, Germans, Italians (although they do like to get stoned), Americans, etc.

And I mean everywhere I go. Not only at events like the euros.
