A trader friend of mine has no idea either. He described is as quite exciting because

normally there are models and previous examples to forecast events but in this case it will be a matter of just sitting and watching it unfold.

Apparently there's a scando pact being set up to manage their implications. They are, including Norway, terrified of it.
