To be fair

Although he is obviously a weapons grade twerp, he is only defending the decisions made by local councils about their funding (or lack of funding) for these disabled families. He is not making the funding decisions himself, just trying to justify them in front of tribunals when instructed to do so.

His tweets are obviously awful.
