If he was confused about his sexual preferences/identity etc he should have got help

Easier said than done though obviously!

A guy in Belgium said he also hates being gay so wants assisted suicide/euthanasia, very sad.

If only society was more tolerant of others' differences, perhaps these people would feel less confused/ashamed by society in general
