I've been to 2 tournaments with England...
Plenty of drunken idiots at the 2 I went to (4 games in total) but at both there was no trouble (04 & 06) the difference this weekend has been provocation...
Countless media reports of English supported targeted but French and Russians, also Police...
Properly managed there would be no trouble
