surrounded himself with incompetent yes men. He made sure he did everything and so actually now we have no CEO we in reality need to fill two or three roles and not just the CEO vacancy,

I can't wait until some of the stuff comes out. He did a good job untilo midway through the Hughton relegation season but around then it all started to go wrong behind the scenes and in my view has been gradually unwravelling since then. We need to get a proper team in place asap.
