As SCC says we are seeing the result of allowing one man to create a dictatorship

if you allow someone to place themselves at the heart of every aspect of the club, surround themselves by yes men and whittle away the infrastructure then when that person leaves you have a problem.

The next CEO must not be allowed to do the same.
