It's not an easy journey

Train is easiest, as GOBB says, London Paddington to Truro is 4.5 hours, so from Norwich it's a 7.5 hour train journey roughly.

I think you could fly from Norwich to Exeter, it's still another 1.5 hours or so on the train from there though. And you've got to get from Exeter airport to Exeter station which aren't that near one another.
