we really wanted to be a hero. The right ingredients, including the head bandage and the rallying mentality. In the end, just not all that and probably not that much of a Nodger.
But this GON love-in shows how much we miss the big Holtyesque characters. If you're a plucky little prem club, as we seem to have written in our promotion clause, you need a surplus of character to make up for the deficit of quality.
Wouldn't mind going straight for the quality option next time.
