Arca was there when McCarthy first came to the club and it seems the squad has a lot of respect for him. Most managers would have put the team to one side after promotion and brought in Prem players/fancy foreigners but he has given them all a chance to play. When you think the majority of them came from the lower leagues they have been given a chance they may otherwise not have had, so I think they would certainly stay to try and get them back up again.
