Couple of inaccuracies in that piece -
1)McNally not being here would not stop us selling a player as new CEO may not be in place for weeks/months
2) the 15% to Birmingham is only due on profit I.e after the 3.2 million.

Not sure he mentions a fee just says 10 million rated
