I don't think he's come out of this campaign well and don;t see him

inevitably being the leader of the Conservatives any time soon. This campaign has shown him to have very little substance, as indeed did his time as Mayor where in practice he achieved very little but got a lot of PR from having a load of bikes named after him which were not even his idea in the first place!
