they aren't, they are forecasts. Are you old CWC, not being rude or anything, I just think there's no way it can be a positive to preclude folk from getting on the housing ladder at the lowest end, it makes no sense from any financial point of view. Well, unless for people that meet and have a house each and thus one value would be down, but still means, the money is there. Can you see what I mean, kind of?
