Iliass Bel Hassani - compact attacking MF, 23 yrs, Dutch-Moroccan, Heracles FC

Been watching a lot of Dutch footy recently. This guy was the top player in Heracles' qualifying for the Europa League. He seems like a leaner, younger, quicker version of Vadis. Box to box, energy, skill and aggression. Intelligent passing. He has made it clear he wants to make a step up from Heracles now, and has turned down a new contract. Midfield is not our priority area for new players, but I think he would be great for Norwich.
