Re Arya and the Waif

I've a read a theory that the Waif is a Frey. It was picked up on that during Arya's training montage that the Waif looked pissed off just after Arya read out Walder Frey from off of her kill list. Hard to tell if this was intentional or not. I think it would make sense though.
