She's not having to pump lots of money into it herself anymore, we're doing reasonably well within the resources we have, it's a nice little hobby for her, and seems generates a tidy income for her family members (ie nephew, possibly hubby? maybe even herself?).
Until she gets bored/dies/our finances go south, I should imagine she's perfectly happy with the status quo.
Equally why should she want to dilute her shareholding/control by letting in an outside investor? She wasn't too keen when we were up s**t creek financially, so why on earth would that change when we're solvent?
