I don't think the hotel is anything to do with us

the joint venture company (Kerrison Hotel) went into Admin in 2013, and was wound up in 2015.
Control of the company has passed on and NCFC are no longer part-owners.
So no profit but also no debt obligations.
And I doubt we would get permission to plonk a big screen in front of the hotel windows.
