I also wonder just how sophisticated we are behind the scenes - eg listening to 5Live last night they had Defoe come on and say when Allardyce arrived at Sunderland he immediately worked on improving fitness, getting more sports scientists on board etc. And reading about Leicester's set up on that side of things is pretty fascinating. I wonder how much we'd benefit from that kind of overhaul?
