Sorry, but Doherty was an appalling signing.

He was signed to be a Premiership centre-back, something which he looked terrible at. The signing has only been salvaged by the fact that we've been relegated and he looks comfortable playing at a much lower level.

The others were all very good signings - I'd add Holt to that list, too.
