Just think it's not a disaster he's gone because I think for the last three years things behind the scenes have not been quite right.

I would, however, have quite liked to have him about in the early part of this summer to handle some of the discussions that probably do need his "style" of negotiation.

Ultimately how much of a good or bad thing his departure is will depend who comes in to replace him.
