great german RAF guy gave us a tour of our old base, went around our own school, to our old apartment, the plane museum they have there now (which is open to everyone if you're into your planes - I'm not, really, but still interesting).
Very surreal. Would have liked my old man to have been with us - that would have been perfect.
Nice beers down by the Havel river nearby. really nice trip thanks.
