Certain games that we've lost have come down to individual errors or poor decision making that are down to players. Russell's back pass, Jerome's disallowed overhead goal, O'Neil's sending off etc. have been what's cost us (imo).

Thought that last season he showed how he could improve players - not sure under Adams the playoffs would have been achievable.
