however as you can judge by my posts I just don't see what he has done that is out of the ordinary just yet.

True test of the managers is can they holt the slide and stick to their beliefs when things start to go wrong and so far Neil has not.

Hopefully a good break in the summer and he dusts himself down and comes flying back next season as regardless of what my views are he is going to be here next season.
