not as if someone has died. nobody really loses their s**t during the close season, it'll just be like a really long close season. no more transfer windows, no more snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, no more "I predicted this outcome and none of you would listen we have SLEEPWALKED our way to relegation with barely a WHIMPER why did you lot DO NOTHING ABOUT IT?" etc etc

Plus, trousering a fair few quid into the bargain 👍
