I would expect the club to advertise for his replacement, interview candidates and take recommendations from their contacts in football. Not our job to do it.
As for bonuses yes I would expect the CEO to have performance related bonuses and I don't even mind them being the level of McNally's as long as any significant bonus is linked primarily to success on the pitch rather than them still being able to receive a massive bonus whilst overseeing relegation.
Ultimately as I've said below McNally did a good job and was just what we needed for the first 4 years but in the last 3 season there has been so much smoke about things behind the scenes not being quite right (high turnover of scouts, recruitment people, board members etc.) and such a change in terms of the quality and clarity of the decision making at the club that I just feel that perhaps this won't be the disaster people are fearing it will be. That is assuming we don't appoint a complete idiot in his place!
