He's not resigned

It's his idea of a joke and it's a pretty sick one. Sums the bloke up arrogant s**t who treats the fans with contempt.

He's got far too much power at the club, is basically a dictator and some of the stuff that has gone on behind the scenes is pretty shocking however he has also done a lot of good at the club especially in his early years.
