At the end of the day not everyone is going to have the same wants when it comes to where they live and work - I know I would absolutely prefer Norwich over London to work and live even if I was a Prem player, but I know I am not in a majority.

I mentioned once before on here that property is another issue - there isn't a great deal of it in Norwich at the very high end compared to Surrey and Cheshire - the players at the top of their game do love their ?4M+ neo-Georgian mansions.
