Whilst I generally support the leadership of the club, the poor state of our recruitment and scouting really is something that McNally should be held to account for.

When you consider the financial disadvantage that we are at it is even more reason for us to try and garner some advantage in the scouting of players. Southampton, Swansea and more recently Leicester have been showing that it is possible to pick up quality if you have the right systems.

The fact that Neil basically said that we didn't really have a system in place when he arrived is quite staggering. We seem to have lurched from one approach to another and it has definitely affected our ability to compete.
