Bloody hell I hope we don't sign Mbokani permanently

30 years old, has little resale value and has looked poor this season. I would rather we sign a good young championship striker who has real potential to improve and be a hit if we go back up again.

Howson is an absolutely fine player to have in the championship. I'm with you on not rating him at prem level but he's a good championship player. Should start unless we have the luxury of being able to buy a young player who is as good or better.

The Murphy boys have hardly pulled up any trees out on loan. I can't see us pushing for promotion with them in the team, unless you mean as impact subs.

Martin will be fine if he is at right back. We need better long term but we haven't got the money to bin all of our experienced committed pros.
