yeah agreed

campaign hasn't so far done enough to generate much interest from inners, meaning all you here is outers.

But when it comes down to it the in vote will win easily imo *as long as* apathetic people can be encouraged to vote.

If it were held tomorrow though it'd probably be fairly close
