Channeling people into one area is the reason people began panicking...

...that whole not being able to move, seeing others suffering, being crushed thing, doesn't help people feel relaxed...

But they were in this awful position because they were being funnelled into an area too small for them while not using the surrounding pens...

And the date of your piece make me feel slightly dubious of its framing based on the evidence we've heard today that was withheld whilst the inquest was going on...
