The flagrant use of CVAs by football clubs is scandalous

The points deduction has worked to some extent as a disincentive, but in my view clubs who go into administration should have to start again at the bottom of the professional pile. It must be galling for those in the community who were dicked over to see teams like Swansea and Bournemouth prospering.
