Re.The Kings Lynn Debate: Pott Row. Advice?

Got details of a rather nice little cottage in Pott Row.

Looks nice, old, "character" etc, large gardens.

But...Pott Row. Whats it like? Tiny village or more like a small town & full of chavs? Even when I lived in Brancaster, it didn't really feature on any horizons.

I know it has some sort of banger track but is it somewhere OK to live or, well, not?????
