I'll try but likely missing some.

Team flatters itself between the 18 yard boxes because it packs the midfield but basically ineffective because of a lack of a scorer upfront and not good enough in the back.

Wage structure needs to be looked at.

No one in during windows for any Norwich players.

Don't play with any width.

You get over a season basically what you deserve, players not good enough.

Probably others.
