That plus an inexperienced manager making regular mistakes plus

more than our share of bad luck. You can get perhaps get away with the inexperienced manager if you back them to the hilt and give them the resources to make up for their inexperience but we have done neither. coupled with the consistent bad luck we've had and it s bad combo all round.
